Can you actually burn fat and build muscle at the same time? Or do you have to do them separately? Bulking and cutting are the fitness industry’s most commonly recommended approach to bodybuilding and putting on muscle and burning fat. But what about recompositioning? Culking (coining credits goes to Alan Aragon) perhaps?

I have used following CookWares for making this Recipe:
Steel Pan: https://amzn.to/3DW8KhQ
Stove: https://amzn.to/2Z3T90w
NonStick Grill Pan: https://amzn.to/3ASK4oS
Spatula: https://amzn.to/3G165Wj
🥄 For this Delicious Recipe you will need:
Hash Brown Recipe:
🔸Russet Potatoes: 3 Medium
🔸 Salt: 1 tsp
🔸Potato Starch Powder: A Handful
🔸 Cooking Oil: 3 tsp
👉 Peel 3 Potatoes and grate them using the large holes of a box grater. Add some salt and water on the grated Potatoes. Salt helps retain moisture and will be easier to squeeze out excess moisture. Squeeze out as much moisture as you can from the grated potatoes. You can also use, cheese cloth, Lemon Press or Garlic Press to squeeze out the excess moisture. Form the potatoes into a patty shape or whatever shape you desire. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. When the oil heats up (Be careful to not make your pan smoky hot), then add the patties. Once the potatoes turn brown in color on the bottom, flip them and press down with the help of your spatula. This pressing down is to make sure the potatoes is not too thick in any one place. Your Hash Brown should be ready in 3-4 minutes of cooking.
Scrambled Egg:
🔸Eggs: 4 Medium
🔸Parsley: Chopped for Garnish
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Cooking Oil: 2 tsp
🔸Butter: 1 tsp
👉 Heat up Oil and Butter then break the eggs on the pan. Stir the eggs without blinking the eyes 😊 (It’s a Joke). Add salt to taste and Keep Stirring for about 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped Parsley and Your scrambled egg is ready to be Served.
Pancakes:
🔸All Purpose Flour: 2 Cups
🔸Whole Milk: 1 & 1/2 Cup
🔸Egg: 1 Medium
🔸Sugar: 1/8 Cup
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Powder: 1 tsp
👉In a mixing Bowl, Add one egg and whisk. Add milk and whisk again. Set it aside and take a large mixing Bowl, add in flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Now add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk to form a batter.
Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat. I used a Pan and its fine to use whatever you have available at your home. Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping. Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup.
👥 Yields: 1-2 Person

You Should Never Take a B Complex Until You See This Video – VitaLife Show Episode 254
In today’s episode Dr. Janine Bowring, ND explains why you should never take a conventional B Complex Vitamin!
Most of the B complex vitamins on the market today are synthetically made, usually from the petrochemical industry.
For instance B1 is made from coal tar and ammonia, B3 is made from Formaldehyde and ammonia, and B12 cyanocobalamin, which is cyanide + cobalamin and inexpensive way to bind the B12 and get it into the body. Not something we recommend.
Some of the side effects of taking synthetic B12 vitamins include rashes from taking niacin in the synthetic form, insomnia, stomachaches, super bright yellow urine, nausea, vomiting, constipation, and diarrhea. All tell tale signs that you are ingesting a synthetic form of vitamin B.
At VitaTree we use whole food nutrients/ sources for our vitamins, and in terms of our B12 we use adenosylcobalamin a much better form of B12 that does not need the intrinsic factor. VitaTree Vitamin B12 also contains a mixture of nature’s best blue green algae Chlorella, which contains important cofactors for the best absorption of B12.
