The Smoothie Diet is a sustainable, healthy eating plan that allows you to lose weight over 21 days, and gives you the option of either continuing on afterward or returning to all solid meals.
It is MADE for busy people. And you don’t have to give up food.
A key element in brain health is nutrition, say researchers who believe the number one factor that you have control over in terms of your mental health is at the end of your fork. Susan Spencer talks with Dr. Drew Ramsey, a psychiatrist who in his book “Eat Complete” prescribes a healthier diet in order to combat depression; Samantha Elkrief, a trained chef and wellness coach; and neuroscientist Lisa Mosconi (author of “Brain Food”), for whom brain scans reveal the differences in brain structure between those who eat a Mediterranean diet and those who consume standard Western fare. The age-old debate of the importance of eating breakfast has made adversaries of Dr. Oz and Mark Wahlberg. Dr. Oz has advocated for abandoning breakfast altogether, saying people who intermittent fast for 12 to 16 hours could see several health benefits. The cardiologist said that people who stop eating at least three hours before sleeping will sleep better and will prepare their body for the next morning by not waking up hungry. #InsideEdition Video Rating: / 5

Finally! Here’s a workout you can do at home, after eating food.
The goal of this workout is to improve circulation and give your body a subtle hint that you require energy to do physical exercise.
If done consistently over a period of time your body will understand that it needs to burn the energy it gets from food, not to store it as fat.
The exercises are simple and involve stretching. You can do this routine at home, with no additional equipment needed!

I have used following CookWares for making this Recipe:
Steel Pan: https://amzn.to/3DW8KhQ
Stove: https://amzn.to/2Z3T90w
NonStick Grill Pan: https://amzn.to/3ASK4oS
Spatula: https://amzn.to/3G165Wj
🥄 For this Delicious Recipe you will need:
Hash Brown Recipe:
🔸Russet Potatoes: 3 Medium
🔸 Salt: 1 tsp
🔸Potato Starch Powder: A Handful
🔸 Cooking Oil: 3 tsp
👉 Peel 3 Potatoes and grate them using the large holes of a box grater. Add some salt and water on the grated Potatoes. Salt helps retain moisture and will be easier to squeeze out excess moisture. Squeeze out as much moisture as you can from the grated potatoes. You can also use, cheese cloth, Lemon Press or Garlic Press to squeeze out the excess moisture. Form the potatoes into a patty shape or whatever shape you desire. Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. When the oil heats up (Be careful to not make your pan smoky hot), then add the patties. Once the potatoes turn brown in color on the bottom, flip them and press down with the help of your spatula. This pressing down is to make sure the potatoes is not too thick in any one place. Your Hash Brown should be ready in 3-4 minutes of cooking.
Scrambled Egg:
🔸Eggs: 4 Medium
🔸Parsley: Chopped for Garnish
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Cooking Oil: 2 tsp
🔸Butter: 1 tsp
👉 Heat up Oil and Butter then break the eggs on the pan. Stir the eggs without blinking the eyes 😊 (It’s a Joke). Add salt to taste and Keep Stirring for about 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped Parsley and Your scrambled egg is ready to be Served.
Pancakes:
🔸All Purpose Flour: 2 Cups
🔸Whole Milk: 1 & 1/2 Cup
🔸Egg: 1 Medium
🔸Sugar: 1/8 Cup
🔸Salt: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp
🔸Baking Powder: 1 tsp
👉In a mixing Bowl, Add one egg and whisk. Add milk and whisk again. Set it aside and take a large mixing Bowl, add in flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Baking Soda, and Salt. Now add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture and whisk to form a batter.
Preheat a flat griddle over medium-high heat. I used a Pan and its fine to use whatever you have available at your home. Scoop 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto griddle. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form before flipping. Cook other side until golden brown. Serve hot with syrup.
👥 Yields: 1-2 Person

The names Audrey Hepburn and Holly Golightly have become synonymous since this dazzling romantic comedy was translated to the screen from Truman Capote’s best-selling novella. Holly is a deliciously eccentric New York City playgirl determined to marry a Brazilian millionaire. George Peppard plays her next-door neighbour, a writer who is “sponsored” by a wealthy Patricia Neal. Guessing who’s the right man for Holly is easy. Seeing just how that romance blossoms is one of the enduring delights of this gem-like treat set to Henry Mancini’s Oscar®-winning score and the Oscar®-winning Mancini-Johnny Mercer song “Moon River.”
